FAQ

1. How long does delivery take?
We offer TCS shipping across Pakistan, it usually takes 1-2 working days to deliver your order.

2. Are these watches of high quality or will they break after I wear them a few times?
It depends on how you wear it. If you wear it regularly, it will last a few years without any problems. The watches we offer are of very high quality. These are not the cheapest deals that you will find on the streets and that will break after a few days, they will last for years! We are so confident in our watches and we offer an exchange or refund for all watches if ever they were defective.

3. Are your photos from the actual replica or authentic watches on the website?
We guarantee 100% that all the photos taken on our site are real photos of our watches! The watches look exactly like the illustrations and we never use anyone else's images or the authentic watch.

4. I’ve seen other websites that offer them cheaper, why are yours more expensive?
The prices of the watches depend on the quality. Many websites will carry the lowest quality available and are therefore able to sell them at cheaper prices. But we don't believe in the possibility of offering mediocre quality products that could break down after being worn once or twice. We believe so much in our products that we have a guarantee for all items purchased on our site.

5. Do you offer wholesale prices?
We offer up to 15% discount for all bulk orders. To be eligible for wholesale prices, your order must exceed 5 items. You can mix models for order.

6. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed by our site. As such, in the event of delivery failure, we will resend the product to you.

7. What is the warranty for the watch you can provide?
We offer a 12-month warranty on each watch you purchase from this site. Watches can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective. The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, discoloration/shredding of the material on the product, etc.). The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, lost or stolen parts, or damage resulting from misuse / personal neglect. Therefore, we strongly advise you not to swim, dive, surf or do any other similar activity with watches.

8. Sometimes your response to support is delayed, why?
Our company processes a very large number of emails about our products, and we will try to respond to all of our emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Help you find the answers you want in our FAQ section. We have placed here all the frequently asked questions to speed up the process.

9. What is the first thing to do when receiving the watch?
Upon receipt of the watch, please wind it. The watch would likely run out of power during the shipping process. Wind the watch by turning the crown approximately 15 to 20 full rotations clockwise. If you know that your watch is powered by a battery, there is no need to wind it up. If your watch has a screw-lock crown, release it by turning it counterclockwise until it is loose. Then wrap it 15 to 20 times clockwise as shown. Once done, you can tighten it by pushing the crown in and turning it clockwise. By winding the watch manually, your watch will start to tick.

10. I ordered and received my reply, it's great, but I changed my mind, can I change it?
Try to decide carefully before placing your order, but if you change your mind, send the watch to us up to 3 days after receiving it and choose a different watch.

11. What do the terms mean: automatic, quartz and sweep second?
Automatic refers to a watch movement made up of an automatic winding mechanism, which allows the watch to operate on its own without batteries. The advantage is that the batteries are not necessary for the watch. The downside is that the watch has to be serviced every few years to keep everything going well. Quartz refers to a watch movement powered by a battery. The advantage of this is that the watch normally lasts longer than an automatic watch. The downside is that the battery has to be changed from time to time. A second hand is a hand that sweeps gently instead of ticking once a second. Its movement consists of a series of tiny, quick ticks that combine to give the impression that the hand is sweeping gently. All automatic watches have a second hand and all quartz watches have a second hand.

12. How do I set the time?
To set the time for your automatic watch, you need to turn the knob counterclockwise if you have a screwed padlock watch. You will then need to gently pull the button. The best way to do this is to use your first and second finger and also use your fingernail as a lever to pull the button with as little force as possible. You will feel a little click when you do it right. In some watches with a date function, the first step would be for adjusting the date, and the second step would be for the time. You can now set the time by turning it counterclockwise. This would advance the minute hands until you set the right time. Once the time is set, push the button back and turn it clockwise for a few turns to lock it.

13. Why does my automatic movement lose time and sometimes stop moving?
When you receive your automatic movement watch for the first time, you must wind it for 3 minutes in a row BEFORE wearing it. Thereafter, if you wear it daily, it will continue to wrap around your wrist as you move and walk. If you stop wearing it for more than about 2 days, the watch will need to be reset, but it will automatically rewind once you start to wear it again. Your watch will therefore not keep the time if it is not always worn. However, be aware that you will never have to replace the battery, because there is none, and above all, this type of movement corresponds exactly to what the originals use!
